Labs
Graduate Research Assistant, Columbia University Irving Medical Center, under Prof. Yading Yuan (Department of Radiation Oncology, also affiliated with Columbia's Data Science Institute). Focused on extending neural rendering, including Gaussian Splatting and NeRF-based reconstruction, to 3D volumetric medical imaging.
Graduate Research Assistant, Laboratory of Neural Engineering and Control, Columbia University, under Dr. Qi Wang. Investigating the coupling between pupil dilation dynamics and EEG patterns, working toward real-time BCI systems that can detect and respond to fluctuations in focus and cognitive engagement in adaptive learning environments.
Graduate Research Assistant, Geometry and the City Lab, under Prof. Silvia Sellán. The lab is dedicated to geometry processing, with a particular focus on applications with positive real-world impact. Working on wearables and foveated geometry.
Fellowship
Lustgarten-Whitney Family Fellowship, Columbia University M.S. Computer Science (Computer Vision, Graphics, Interaction, and Robotics track).
Work in progress
Submitted, decision pending"Planning CT as an Initialization Prior for Gaussian Splatting Reconstruction of Ultra-Sparse-View CBCT: A Cross-Implementation Evaluation": an abstract and supplemental manuscript submitted to SPIE Medical Imaging 2026, Image Processing track. This has not been published or accepted; it's currently under review. More detail on the underlying work is on the Featured Projects page.
In progress, not yet submittedA separate paper on using Gaussian Splatting with dual-energy CT, targeting CVPR. This work is still in progress and has not yet been finished or submitted anywhere.
